From his very first vintage, Pierre-Vincent Girardin has worked with an unusually clear idea of purity, vibrancy, and format. Eclat de Calcaire combines fruit from several strong parcels into a Bourgogne Chardonnay that feels far more ambitious than the category normally allows.
