Rarité
Rarité is an independent fine wine importer founded by Nicklas Ingemann and based in Copenhagen. We represent a carefully selected portfolio of producers, primarily from Burgundy and Champagne.
The portfolio brings together established domaines of international standing and a remarkable new generation of wine producers. Every relationship begins with the people and their wines, and grows through close dialogue, mutual trust and a long-term commitment.
We work with leading restaurants and private collectors, with a personal, long-term approach to representing each producer. Our most limited wines are offered through individual allocations.

Collection
The wines are stored temperature-controlled at our two warehouses in Copenhagen. Collection can be arranged in advance.
