Where do you source your wines?
We source directly from a carefully selected group of domaines and producers, as well as through trusted international distributors and merchants.

Are all wines in stock?
Yes, all wines listed on the site are physically in stock unless stated otherwise. For pre-orders or en primeur offers, estimated delivery dates will be clearly communicated.

Do you offer cellar advice or wine curation?
Yes, we are happy to advise on building your collection or sourcing specific wines that align with your taste and long-term goals. Our network enables us to access highly sought-after wines and exceptional allocations. Don’t hesitate to reach out.

How can I place an order?
You can place your order through our website or by contacting us directly at sales@rarite.wine.

How long does delivery take?
We usually dispatch orders within 7 days. For rare, pre-ordered, or sourced-on-request wines, delivery may take longer. You will be informed of any delays in advance.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across Europe. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on destination and will be specified upon ordering.

How are wines packaged for shipping?
All wines are packed in secure, industry-standard protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

What if something happens during shipping?
The risk transfers to you upon delivery. However, we will assist in claims against the carrier for transport damage if reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Do you sell to restaurants and wine professionals?
Absolutely. We work closely with Michelin-starred restaurants and private collectors throughout the Nordic region. VAT-exempt invoicing is available for eligible businesses.

Can I buy without Danish VAT?
Yes. If you're a registered EU business with a valid VAT number, you can purchase VAT-free.

What currencies do you accept?
All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK), including VAT. Payments are processed in DKK unless otherwise agreed.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

Is VAT included in the price?
Yes, all prices include Danish VAT (25%) unless you are a VAT-registered business eligible for exemption.

Can I reserve wines and pay later?
No. Full payment is required before dispatch. We do not hold reservations without payment.

Do I have a right to cancel my order?
Under Danish law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. This does not apply to beverages that may deteriorate or are custom-ordered. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer and meet the same packaging standard as when delivered.

Can I return unopened bottles?
Yes, provided they are returned within 14 days, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Return shipping is at your expense.

Do you accept returns for corked or faulty wines?
We do not replace wines with cork taint or natural flaws, as these are considered the producer’s responsibility. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

How is my personal data handled?
All personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with GDPR. We only share necessary information to process and fulfill your order.
