All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) excluding VAT unless otherwise

confirmation.

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched. An order is only

considered confirmed once payment has been received.

payment methods.

Rarité reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, but not after an

order has been confirmed.

4. Ordering & Delivery

Orders can be placed via our webshop or by e-mail.

Delivery is typically within 8 days but may vary depending on product availability. We use external carriers, and the risk of the goods transfers to the customer

upon delivery.

Any transport damages must be reported to the carrier and Rarité within 24

hours of receipt.

For pre-ordered or rare wines, delivery times may vary significantly. The

customer will be informed accordingly.

Delivery costs will be stated in the order confirmation and may vary depending

on the delivery method.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

According to Danish law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal when

purchasing remotely.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to beverages that may

deteriorate or to products that are custom-ordered.

Wine and other beverages cannot be returned if they have been opened or

damaged after receipt.

If you wish to return an unopened item, this must be done within 14 days of

receipt, and the wine must be in the same condition as when received. The

customer covers the shipping costs.

Complaints regarding defective goods must be made immediately after receipt

and no later than 7 days from delivery.

Cork defects or quality issues caused by the producer are not covered by Rarité.

6. Complaints & Product Liability

Under Danish consumer law, consumers have a 24-month right to complain

about goods. However, for beverages, this right only applies if a documented

defect was present at the time of delivery.

Complaints must be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after

receiving the product, with written notice and documentation (photos, etc.) sent

to sales@rarité.wine

Complaints do not cover defects or issues caused by improper storage, natural

wine evolution, or cork faults.

If the complaint is justified, we will either replace the item or refund the

purchase price.

Business customers have a limited right to complaint under a separate

agreement.7. Data Protection Policy

All personal data is handled confidentially and in accordance with GDPR.

Rarité does not disclose personal data to third parties unless necessary for

order processing.

Rarité is not liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or loss of expected

profit.

Rarité cannot be held responsible for the wine's development after sale.

In cases of force majeure (war, pandemics, strikes, natural disasters,

transportation issues, etc.), we reserve the right to delay or cancel orders

without liability.

9. Retention of Ownership

All goods remain the property of Rarité until full payment has been received and

the goods have been delivered.

The risk transfers to the customer upon delivery, but ownership remains with

Rarité until payment is completed.

All purchases are subject to Danish law.

Any disputes shall be settled in Danish courts at Rarité’s legal venue.

Rarité reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior

notice.
