The Domaine
Created in 1978 when Hervé Roumier branched off from his family’s storied holdings, this 3.5-hectare enclave is among Burgundy’s tiniest domaines. Since Hervé’s passing, Véronique Roumier has run the cellar and vineyards single-handedly, releasing no more than 9.000 bottles each year.
