A Burgundy sleeper with Chassagne roots, Les Durots in 2022 is supple, perfumed and unmistakably Ramonet. Grown just beneath the village border, this Pinot Noir channels red cherry, violet and a whisper of underbrush into a fine-boned frame. The warm vintage brings depth and early charm, but there’s enough cut and minerality to reward short-term cellaring.

From their base in Chassagne-Montrachet, the Ramonet family has long set the benchmark for mineral, age-worthy whites—yet their reds, grown on similarly prized terroir, are increasingly coveted.
