Théo Dancer’s 2021 Roc Breïa Blanc is a razor-sharp, mineral-driven Chardonnay from Jura’s high limestone slopes. Sourced from old vines near Rotalier, it channels tension and clarity with white citrus, flint and crushed herbs over a taut, saline backbone. Fermented without oak and bottled without adornment, this is pure Jura precision refracted through a Burgundian mind.
