The Domaine
Vincent Dancer was among the first in Meursault to adopt a minimalist, terroir-first philosophy in the cellar-eschewing new oak, batonnage and excess extraction well before it became fashionable. Now joined by his son Théo, the domaine continues its quiet evolution with razor-sharp farming, organic certification and a style rooted in clarity and tension. Volumes are tiny, demand enormous.
