The 80-year-old vines yield a taut, lime-zested frame laced with white florals, crushed stone and a faint herbal edge. Vinified and aged with Burgundian seriousness, this is Aligoté elevated to its purest, most mineral form.

The Domaine

With minimal intervention, whole-cluster ferments and a sharp eye for old vines, he crafts wines that punch well above their appellation. "Les Champs Tions" is a prime example—Aligoté treated with the same intent as grand cru.
