The Domaine
Caroline Morey took over her father Jean-Marc Morey’s vines in Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay in 2014, and has since carved out a distinct, refined identity rooted in tension and restraint. Working from a purpose-built cellar in Chassagne that she shares with her husband Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey, her whites are among the most linear and mineral of the Côte de Beaune. Allocations are microscopic—and fiercely pursued.
