Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Bourgogne Chardonnay 2019
Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Bourgogne Chardonnay 2019
In true PYCM fashion, the 2019 Bourgogne Chardonnay is anything but entry-level. Sourced from parcels bordering Saint-Aubin and Puligny, it offers taut citrus, green apple and crushed shell notes wrapped in a finely etched, reductive frame. Raised in larger-format oak without bâtonnage, it delivers laser precision and saline length well beyond its label.
