From his inaugural vintage, Beaune-born micro-négociant Adrien Lattard channels the pulsing limestone of Puligny into an Aligoté of riveting tension and breadth. Juice from 50-plus-year vines, encouraged to take a brief oxidative breath, ferments in 228 L barrels-33 % new-then rests undisturbed on fine lees until a February racking into tank. The low-sulfur, no-bâtonnage regime frames green-citrus lift with silken mid-palate weight. A mere 865 bottles emerged, and Burgundy insiders are already calling dibs.

The Domaine
Burgundy conversations increasingly end with Lattard’s name. After more than twenty harvests on five continents and cellar-master stints with Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey, David Duband, Sauzet and Génot-Boulanger, he launched his own label in 2022, partnering with a Puligny grower friend. Parcels are farmed sustainably, juice arrives straight from the press so Adrien can guide élevage with modest new oak and minimal sulfur. Minute volumes, yet the vibrancy of his first wines already commands serious collector attention.
