Jacquesson Cuvée N°747
Crafted around the 2019 base vintage, Cuvée N°747 marks another precise, low-dosage expression from one of Champagne’s most exacting houses. Built on Chardonnay from Avize, Dizy and Ay, with supporting Pinot Noir and Meunier, it delivers chalky structure, ripe citrus and subtle patisserie notes. As always with Jacquesson, tension and vinosity lead the experience over overt fruit or flash.

The Domaine
Champagne Jacquesson, now helmed by Jean-Hervé and Laurent Chiquet, has redefined grower Champagne at scale. Since abandoning NV norms in favour of their numbered cuvées, the house has pursued transparency, terroir expression and restrained dosage. Despite relatively large volumes, each wine reflects a meticulous, vineyard-first philosophy rarely seen in houses of this size.
